The feature was previously available on the beta version of iOS, but now the company is making it available to others through the App Store.

According to experts, the aim of this feature is to bring the app experience of iOS users on par with Android, so that both platforms can benefit from the same customization options. Using this feature users will be able to create their own chat wallpapers.

For this they will not need any special skills but the user will have to write a simple instruction for the desired image. To use this, users will have to open the wallpaper settings within the chat, which will have a new option to create a wallpaper using MetaAI.

After tapping this option, a prompt box will open where users can write a description for the desired image. Later Meta AI will convert the user’s idea into a picture and present multiple wallpapers from which users can choose their chat wallpaper.
