According to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, an American-made MQ9 drone was destroyed by an advanced air defense system near Qeshm Island this morning.

According to Revolutionary Guards Aerospace Force, the drone was targeted while operating through the country’s integrated air defense network.

Iranian officials say that Iran’s advanced air defense system has shot down hundreds of attack drones, including Lucas, Hermes, MQ1 and MQ9 drones, during the US-imposed third war against Iran.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Revolutionary Guards, a few days ago, an unmanned US Navy ship was destroyed at the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards described the action as a timely and correct move to defend the country’s territorial integrity and important interests.
