There is not a day in modern times when the world is not benefiting from it. It is also a fact that there is a large amount of “iron” in the earth. Coal (coke) and limestone are added and melted and cast into molds to produce strong materials such as steel. A special type of steel is made by alloying iron with other metals such as silicon, chromium and nickel.
Today there are 2000 types in the world that are a mixture of different metals, but in all of them “Iron” has priority. And everything from tools to means of transportation is manufactured from it. Therefore, there should be no doubt that there will not be a day in modern society, in which something made of steel or iron is not used.
“Iron” is not found on earth in a pure state like other metals, but is available in the form of a material (iron oxide) with many impurities in a solid state in the rock body. A rock body that contains a raw material that is an integral part of its body and from which various types of metal can be extracted is called ore.
As far as inorganic matter is concerned, it is certain that it is not found in the pure state in the universe, but it contains many elements (especially oxygen). For example, magnetite, but its most important ore, which consists of two molecules of iron and three molecules of oxygen, is called “hematite”, which contains more or less 70 percent iron, therefore it has been recognized as the standard for obtaining pure iron.
It is red in color which is derived from the Greek word “Hematicos” which means “sanguine”. This is the reason why the rock, when mixed with “soil and water”, turns their color red. Along with the muddy water from the top of the rocks near the island of Harmos in Iran, which joined the Rila Sea, it was turning the sea water red and suddenly the sea was turning red for miles and providing interesting material for tourists.
Around the island of Hormuz are rocky deposits with mud. They are red in color and contain a large amount of iron ore “hematite” along with clay, which is mainly because the dissolution of iron ore, especially hematite, takes place in several stages, but it starts in places where there was volcanic activity in ancient times.
When hot magma water (also known as hydrothermal solution) is chemically highly reactive with various minerals and elements. When this hot magmatic water comes to the surface through volcanic activity, it takes the form of a flowing river. In ancient times, there was also a volcanic activity around the island of “Harmos”. In modern times, it was demonstrated in practice in “Hawaii Island”.
According to the analysis of volcanologists, its source is black rock (basalt), which consists of molten hard iron-bearing materials such as predolite and dunite minerals that come from the earth’s core.
Remember that iron, nickel and other heavy metals are constantly melting in the heart of the earth. Generally, the outer core of the earth is liquid and the inner core is solid like a ball of fire. With reference to “Geophysics”, the fact comes out that the temperature of the center of the heart is about 8000 degrees centigrade, which is a little lower than the temperature of the sun.
Magnetic waves are generated here which play an important role in the transfer of iron-bearing liquid metal in and out of the earth’s surface. It was known 1000 years ago that the earth is a huge magnet, because when the magma water from the earth’s core froze on the surface of the earth in the form of lava, all these rocks were created by the electric waves that rise from the earth’s liquid core.
When two materials with different thermal and electrical properties come close to each other, these electrical waves are generated. This implies that there is a large natural generator within the Earth that continuously converts mechanical energy into electrical energy and ultimately is generated by the Earth’s rotation and fluid core movements, indicating a possible interaction between ancient rock components and iron-bearing magmatic solutions. Concentrations of igneous constituents all branch upward from the weak zone, indicating that the igneous elements were released by evaporites from the Earth’s interior into the crust.
Just as the sap from the roots seeps into the trees, it appears that various magmatic solutions seeped into the numerous pores and other fissures of the rocks and transformed the rock components into mineral deposits as if this predicted Metasamatic Replacement.
Some experts called it a metal solution (diffusion sending water), which dissolved the metal particles scattered in the ancient rocks of its path, then with the decrease in temperature, iron and other metal emissions turned into raw materials. This exchange takes place molecule by molecule, during which no reaction takes place in the rock body.
Any rock component can be metamorphosed from igneous rock, including hematite, to hematite, but carbonate rocks are preferred because the alteration of limestone is very active by igneous rock, which usually forms the iron ore hematite. So, after completing the geological survey of the area, the samples of ancient rocks bearing scale ‘hematite’ are transported in block form to a furnace, in which the iron ore is fed and melted by the force of hot air waves.
This furnace is called Blast Furnace, in which water and volatile material are separated from the slag deposit first, so that the densities can be separated. For this, first of all, the ‘hematite’ raw material is converted into pebbles, which are heated in the presence of hot gases from the kiln. In this way, the density is separated in the rubble, then the rubble is mixed with coal and limestone to prepare a mixture for reduction.
During heating of this mixture, a large amount of heat is released and the temperature of the bottom of the furnace reaches about 1500 degrees Celsius. The hot air at the top of the furnace oxidizes the coke and converts it into carbon dioxide.
This gas rises to react with more coal (coke) to form carbon monoxide, which reduces a significant amount of iron ore ‘hematite’, yielding free iron ore. The remaining ore of ‘hematite’ is further reduced to free iron ore along with coke.
