The Lahore High Court has fixed the petitions against the detention of the founder PTI’s sisters for hearing. Justice Abhar Gul Khan will hear the petitions tomorrow.

Petitions against the detention of PTI founder sisters have been filed by Aleema Khan’s son Shah Riz and Uzma Khan’s daughter Sakina.

The petitioners have taken the stand that the three sisters of founder PTI are not involved in any illegal activity, DC Lahore issued illegal detention orders, 3 MPO procedure was not followed but detention orders were issued after Aleema Khan’s arrest.

It has been further stated in the petition that an application was made to the DC but it was not implemented, requesting that the detention orders be quashed.

Advocate Rana Mudassar Umar will appear on behalf of the founding sisters of PTI.
