Momina Iqbal has filed an application for scrutiny of Saqib Chadhar’s income tax return on the claim of giving a car worth 18 crores.

A hearing was held in the Lahore High Court on the petition filed by actress Momina Iqbal to check the income tax return of Saqib Chadhar, the court directed the Chief Commissioner FBR Faisalabad to decide on the petition.

High Court Justice Hasan Nawaz Makhdoom issued the order on Momina Iqbal’s request.

The position adopted in the application was that MPA Saqib Chadhar claimed to have given a car worth 18 crores to Momina Iqbal, Saqib Chadhar has also claimed to have given crores of rupees to Momina Iqbal.

In the petition, it was requested that the court order the Chief Commissioner Faisalabad to examine the tax returns of Saqib Chadhar.
