Trading in the modern era of the 1890s, this season takes us on a chilling odyssey into the brutal murders of Andrew and Abby Borden, and the ensuing media circus surrounding the prime suspect: their quiet daughter, Lizzie, a Sunday school teacher. It’s well produced, as you can imagine, although once again, historical accuracy is left at the door in favor of pure shock factor. If you’ve watched the previous three parts, you know exactly what you’re getting into.
Stranger Things: Tales from ’85 (Season 2)

While the wait for the live-action Mothership series continues, Netflix is bringing us back to Hawkins! This adorable animated show returns for its second season, offering a Saturday morning cartoon aesthetic as it explores side quests, untold stories, and hilarious adventures featuring our favorite kids from Hawkins during the summer of 1985. It’s nostalgic fun and incredibly fun for fans of the series, and thankfully, Season 2 evolves and fixes some of the issues we faced in Season 1.
