The Islamabad High Court on September 27 issued a detailed verdict on the petition against the PTI’s long march.

According to the 37-page order issued by the court, any activity that affects fundamental rights will be considered a violation of the Constitution.

It is written in the court order that violating the fundamental rights of the citizens of Islamabad will be considered a violation of the constitution, and the responsible persons will have to face legal action according to the law.

According to the court order, no political party has any legal right to block highways and roads, provincial governments should not use government resources and funds for Islamabad march, there is a complete ban on using government vehicles and machinery to facilitate the long march.

In the court order, it is written that an immediate helpline should be set up for government employees in case of illegal orders.

According to the court order, action will be taken against those who violate the court orders and affect the rights of the citizens, if the public office holder violates the constitution and law, he will be guilty of deviating from his oath.

The court order also states that if the fundamental rights are affected because of the public official, it will be considered as violation of oath, and the public officials responsible for violating the constitution and law will have to face the consequences.
