Pakistan U-19 defeated the England U-19 team by 177 runs in the first one-day match.

The Green Shirts Under-19 team batted first and scored 332 runs for 9 wickets in the allotted overs, Usman Khan scored 151 runs and captain Farhan Yousuf scored 115 runs.

Farhan Yousuf and Usman Khan shared a record partnership of 268 runs for the third wicket.

Chasing the target, England were bowled out for 155 runs, giving Pakistan a 0-1 lead in the 4-match series.

In the match, Muhammad Syam of the U-19 team took 4 wickets for 39 runs.
