The Prime Minister’s Special Relief Scheme has been launched across Pakistan under which petrol is being supplied at discounted rates of Rs 100 per liter across the country.

According to the statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken another important decision in the light of the feedback received about the scheme from all over the country and directed that discounts should be given to motorcycles, rickshaws and rickshaws that fill less than 5 liters of petrol.

In this way, those who pour less than 5 liters of petrol in 1 week will also get a discount.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, one token will be issued weekly and 4 tokens per month. Vehicle owners up to 800 cc will get a discount of Rs 100 per liter on 10 liters of petrol every 10 days.

The Prime Minister’s Office also says that the process of issuing 3 tokens of 10 liters in 1 month will also continue.

It should be noted that already on the instructions of the Prime Minister, motorcycles, rickshaws and rickshaws registered after January 1, 2006 have also been included in the relief scheme.

All eligible citizens of Pakistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan can avail the relief scheme by registering.

The government has also announced to make the registration message absolutely free for those eligible to get relief from the scheme.
