Islamabad (Sajid Chaudhry) Prime Minister’s special relief scheme, the latest digital system has been activated to provide cheap petrol at Rs 100 per liter to owners of motorcycles, rickshaws, rickshaws and vehicles up to 800 cc. A comprehensive and automated digital system has been developed in collaboration with the provincial departments, NADRA and telecom operators while implementing the directive to provide relief to the working class in tough economic conditions. The purpose of this special scheme is to save the owners of motorcycles, rickshaws, chungchi and vehicles up to 800 cc from the burden of expensive petrol and to ensure the provision of subsidies in a transparent manner. Under this scheme, deserving citizens will be given a discount of Rs. Subsidized petrol has been capped at 20 liters per month for cycles and Chingchi, while 30 liters per month for vehicles up to 800 cc. The vehicle verification process has been fully automated in collaboration with provincial transport and excise departments.
