Dubai (Sabat Arif) Qatar has put before the world a long-term framework proposal for the region that includes economic dependence and security guarantees between Iran and the Gulf countries. The Gulf countries have to live with Iran, so a durable diplomatic solution is necessary. Addressing the Concordia Annual Summit in New York, Majid Al-Ansari said that a system based on economic interests and security guarantees between Iran and the Gulf countries can help reduce tensions in the future.
