Leading Pakistani showbiz actress Sabahat Bukhari has opened up about a very painful chapter of her personal life, revealing that she had to bear the pain of separation from her first child, a daughter, for almost 30 years.

The actress said that my first marriage took place in Lahore, from which a daughter was born in my house, but after the marriage ended, my ex-husband’s family separated my infant daughter from me.

According to Sabahat Bukhari, I met my daughter and took legal action to get her back, but I was not allowed to meet my daughter.

The actress said that later the ex-husband’s family changed their house, due to which she was not able to trace her daughter, the ex-husband had told the daughter that her mother had passed away.

Sabahat Bukhari said that after the death of her ex-husband almost 30 years later, the family told the daughter about her real mother, later the daughter contacted me through social media and thus we both met and connected again years later.
