Pakistani film and TV senior actress and well-known director Sangeeta, while revealing her third marriage, has openly discussed the alleged incidents of domestic violence in previous marriages.

Sangeeta is currently directing the upcoming film Mukho, starring Saima, Muammar Rana, Meera and Leela, besides she is also directing the upcoming drama Bhale Shah.

Recently, the director attended an event, where he shared details about his third marriage and also talked about alleged violence in previous marriages.

Talking about her third marriage, Sangeeta said, “This is my third marriage. My first marriage was with Humayun Qureshi and the second was with Naveed Akbar. My third marriage was with Tariq Mandro, who is associated with the film industry and a big distributor. We have been married for 14 years.

She said that after getting her children married, I was left alone, after which Tariq proposed marriage to me several times.

According to Sangeeta, I thought that a man should have a companion in his old age, one of his qualities is that he is not an abusive person, he does not raise his hands on women and does not fight unnecessarily, even if I am angry, he quietly leaves the room.

He said that my present marriage is going on successfully because in the state of anger we both keep silent instead of arguing with each other.

The actress also said that she loves me, but the biggest red flag in marriage is physical violence, that’s why I got divorced earlier, if any part of the body becomes dysfunctional, it should be amputated, I have endured a lot, even I used to reach the studio with bruises on my body.
