Renowned Indian singer and music director Sonu Nigam has sold his office space in Mumbai for Rs 18 crore.

It should be noted that he bought this place in 2023 for 143 million rupees.

The place was a 3,082 sq ft commercial property in a building called Trade Center in Mumbai, where Kailash Kher also sold his office for 10.50 crore on September 9, which was bought in November 2025 for 10.50 crore.

Sonu Nigam’s property is located on the ground floor of a trade center. According to the documents, the transaction was registered on September 4, 2026, on which stamp duty of Rs 1.08 crore was also paid.
