Karachi (News Desk) The European Union’s offer of the first associate membership to Canada, agreement to increase trade, defense and technology cooperation, due to the pressure of Russia, China and the Trump administration, the European Commission President Ursula van der Leyen proposed on Wednesday to open the way for Canada to become the first “associate member” of the European Union.
