The number of martyrs in the Kohat Police Lines blast has reached 23, the search and rescue operation has been completed.

Judicial proceedings in the district courts remained suspended. Martyrs have been buried in their native areas.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi visited the injured.

More than 100 people have been injured in the police lines mosque blast and attack, while the martyrs include 16 policemen and many civilians.

It should be remembered that the terrorists rammed a car full of explosives into the gate of the old police lines during Friday prayers, after which an explosion occurred and firing started.

In the joint operation, all 6 terrorists were killed including the sniper who was among the attackers.
