The federal government has reduced the price of petrol by 50 paise and the price of diesel by 19 paise per litre.

A notification has been issued by the Petroleum Division to reduce the price of petrol and diesel.

With this reduction, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 342 60 paisa per liter while the new price of diesel has been fixed at Rs 371 61 paisa per litre.

According to the notification, the new prices of diesel and petrol are for August 28.
