The video of the rescue of the pilot and weapon system officer of the crashed American F-15 fighter jet near Isfahan in Iran has been released after 5 months.
In an interview with the American media, the weapon system officer said that the back, shoulder and arm were broken, head and face were injured due to the failure of the parachute.
He said that despite being seriously injured, he climbed a 7,000-foot hill to escape from the Iranian forces, carrying nothing but a pistol, communication and tracking device, reached a safe place and contacted the American army.
After an American F-15 fighter jet crashed near Isfahan in April, the pilot was rescued immediately, but the American weapons systems officer was rescued two days later.
According to American media, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has pressured the two officers to give an interview, but one pilot refused to give an interview.
On the other hand, the Pentagon has dismissed the news of the American media as false.
