US Senator Chuck Schumer has criticized President Donald Trump for blaming Ukraine for record high diesel prices.

In a statement on social media website X, he has said that instead of holding Ukraine responsible, Trump is avoiding citing his war with Iran as the reason for the increase in diesel prices.

The US senator has said that Americans know that the reason for the increase in diesel prices and the increase in costs is because of Trump and his war with Iran.

Chuck Schumer has said that Trump’s accusations and lies cannot erase the reality of his disastrous economic performance.

It should be noted that the price of diesel per gallon in the United States has gone above 6.2 dollars, the highest level in history.
