China’s Nostradamus of Chinese-Canadian academic Professor Jiang Shui-chin became the center of attention on social media for his latest predictions.
Jiang Shui rose to fame on his YouTube channel by accurately predicting Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential election victory and subsequent military tensions in West Asia between the US, Israel and Iran.
2027 is still several months away, but he has made several predictions regarding the coming year and the years after that, which has once again created concern.
Below are the predictions that Jiang Shui believes may come true in 2027 and the years to come.
1. Conflict in West Asia
Central to the professor’s theory is the continued escalation of tensions in West Asia.
They say the airstrikes will fail to reach a decisive conclusion, eventually forcing Washington to launch a large-scale ground military operation.
Jiang Shui claims that American forces will be locked in a long and exhausting war, in which they will not win.
2. Reintroduction of military conscription
According to Jiang Shui, because of the war, the US government will have to re-impose the conscription system.
By 2027, he says, the legal framework for nationwide military conscription will be in place, potentially forcing young Americans to serve in the military.
3. Expansion of Immigration and Customs Enforcement powers
The professor says that domestic law enforcement agencies will take a more active role in maintaining control in the country.
According to him, the powers of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will be significantly increased, while the National Guard will be routinely deployed in major urban areas.
4. Global economic collapse
Jiang Shui has also warned of a major economic crisis.
They say that a prolonged blockade or disruption of the Strait of Hormuz will cause a sudden increase in oil, gas and fertilizer prices worldwide.
Jiang Shui has said that this would result in the rapid fragmentation of modern supply chains, leading to food shortages and rising inflation.
5. Situations like ‘Civil War’ in America
Instead of a conventional war, Jiang Shui predicts a second civil war in America.
According to him, due to economic difficulties, resistance to mandatory military conscription and increased presence of the army on the streets, a situation of continuous unrest may arise in the country.
He believes that all the factors required for a civil war will be present during 2027.
All these predictions have been made with reference to America, however, if such events happen, their effects can affect the whole world.
In addition to these predictions on the YouTube channel, Jiang Shui recently spoke at the American Prophecy Meetup held in Austin, Texas on August 23, where he also presented similar points.
US President Donald Trump’s third term
On this occasion, he also claimed that Donald Trump can get a third term as the President of the United States.
This claim seems unusual because under the current US Constitution no one can be elected president for a third term.
The 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution prevents anyone from being elected president more than twice, but Jiang Shui’s prediction has certainly gained attention, as Trump and some of his allies have repeatedly hinted at the possibility of a third term.
