Muhammad Saqlain revealed in a conversation with ‘Jeo News’ that I was diagnosed with oral cancer about 8 months ago and at that time the disease had reached stage four B.

They say I had stage four B cancer, I had 18 hours of surgery, it was a very difficult stage for me.

Despite having a dangerous disease like cancer, Muhammad Saqlain did not publicize his suffering and quietly went through the stages of treatment.

He says that there are already many problems in life, so I did not add to the problems of others by telling anyone.

After a long and difficult treatment, Mohammad Saqlain’s immunotherapy is now on and he says that I am back to normal life again.

For Muhammad Saqlain, hockey is not just a game but also a life lesson that taught him to be strong in difficult situations.

He says that just as I fought against every attack of the opponent on the field, I also stood firm against cancer. Sports made me strong.

Talking about the pain of cancer and then coming out of it, Mohammad Saqlain could not control his emotions and became overwhelmed and said that the pain of Pakistan’s defeat in the semi-final and final was more than that pain.
