Actor Amitabh Bachchan, the king of Bollywood, described hosting the most popular quiz show, Kon Banega Crorepati, as very difficult and heartbreaking.

According to Indian media reports, Amitabh Bachchan is back on the small screen hosting the 18th season of Kon Banega Crorepati, a quiz show that started on August 10 last month.

The legendary actor got the chance to come face to face with contestants from different walks of life while hosting the quiz show, but some of them had stories that stayed in his mind even after the cameras went off.

While hosting the quiz show, the talented actor often talked to the candidates about their family, career and personal experiences, but during some of the conversations, the most difficult and painful events of these individuals’ lives also came to light.

The Sholay actor recently mentioned these experiences in his social media post and said that some of the contestants shared such serious personal stories about their lives that it became difficult for me to continue hosting the program as usual.

He described the experience as emotionally difficult and heartbreaking.

“I won’t say anything more about it as it will reveal some aspects of what a host shares with the channel but it has been a heartbreaking experience,” he wrote.
