In India, an employee set fire to a factory in retaliation for a salary cut of Rs 10,000, causing a loss of Rs 24 crore.

An investigation into a horrific fire at a textile factory in the well-known city of Surat in the Indian state of Gujarat has revealed a major revelation, where the loss of millions of dollars was not caused by a short circuit but by the revenge of a disgruntled employee.

A terrible fire suddenly broke out in a large textile factory in Surat, which immediately engulfed the entire building.

Due to this fire, cloth worth 24 crore Indian rupees and heavy machinery were burnt to ashes in the factory.

It was initially thought to be an accident, but when police saw detailed footage from CCTV cameras, an employee of the factory itself was found suspiciously setting the fire.

After being arrested by the police, the accused confessed that the owner had withheld his 10,000 arrears of salary and scolded him in front of everyone, for which he set fire to the factory in the dark of night to avenge the insult.
