Departmental punishments have been given to 75 employees of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Islamabad for irregularities.

According to the FIA ​​spokesperson, 9 employees were dismissed and 8 were demoted, 58 employees were given other departmental punishments.

According to the FIA ​​spokesperson, employees were heard personally in public complaints and other departmental matters. All the punished employees were given an opportunity to present their stand.

According to the FIA ​​spokesperson, the departmental punishments were given after review of the relevant records and available materials, accountability as well as incentives for good performing employees.

According to the spokesperson, Director FIA Islamabad Zone gave certificates of appreciation to 3 officers for their good performance.

According to the FIA ​​director, there will be no compromise on indiscipline and corruption in the organization.
