Adviser to the Iranian Supreme Leader, Mohammad Mokhbar, has said that if Iran cannot operate flights and receive airport services, no one else in the region will be able to.

Adviser to the Iranian Supreme Leader warned in a statement issued from Tehran.

The strong reaction comes after a new round of US sanctions, under which neighboring countries such as Iraq (Baghdad and Najaf), Oman and the United Arab Emirates suspended their flights and airport services for Iranian airlines due to US pressure.
