Special Secretary Health Shehryar Memon, who directed the formation of a second medical board in the Mir Raza case, has applied to leave the post of DG Health Services.

Shahryar Memon says that the Secretary Services Sindh has requested to be relieved from the post, the personal remarks caused mental anguish and emotional shock, the post was given by merit and hard work instead of personal favor.

He said that it is inappropriate to continue the current responsibility to maintain the reputation of the post and personal dignity.

Shehryar Memon had directed the then DG Health Services Hyderabad to form a new medical board in the Mir Raza case, Shehryar was given the additional responsibility of DG Health Services 4 days ago when the statement of the former DG was going on in the investigation commission.
