Google company has introduced advanced AI feature in its email service for the convenience of users. This feature is innovative and useful, whereby a summary of long email threads will now be automatically generated and displayed together with a single click.

This feature was first introduced by Google in May 2025 for iOS and Android users, after the success of which this feature will now be available for web users as well.

With the new update, summaries of longer email threads will appear prominently directly above the email, giving users quick access to important information. Google’s AI Assistant will summarize the key points of multiple messages in long email threads and present them in a concise manner.

Interestingly, as new messages are added, the summary will automatically update and users will also get the latest information. In addition, Google has also added a side panel to its AI Gemini, through which users will be able to create a summary of any email in one click.
