In the judicial commission formed in the Mir Raza case, the statement of Mir Raza’s friend Hassan Tanoli based in Australia was recorded through a video link.

Hasan Tanoli has told the commission that Mir Raza had taken Rs 75 lakh for the chocolate business, had given 2 checks as security for the money, had assured that he would return the money.

He said that Mir Raza had taken 10 lakh rupees before, he gave 50 thousand more on his return, he had called Ahmed on the day of Mir Raza’s disappearance, Ahmed told that Mir Raza was missing, when told about the money, Ahmed said that I have nothing to do with Mir Raza.

Dost Hasan Tanoli told the commission that Mir Raza’s family had said that if Rs 75 lakh came into the business, Ahmed should have known about it, Ahmed apparently ignored the issue of money.
