
Director General (DG) Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry says that Pakistan will go to any extent to defend Saudi Arabia.
While giving an interview to Arab TV, DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said that Pakistan stands with Saudi Arabia and is there to protect the Haram Sharifs.
He has said that our commitment to the security of Saudi Arabia is unconditional, it is an unbreakable historical bond between the people, forces and political leadership of the two countries.
Lieutenant General Ahmad Sharif Chaudhry says that Pakistan will continue to defend Saudi Arabia, Pakistan will go to any extent to defend Saudi Arabia.
Earlier in another interview, when asked about Pakistan’s reaction to an attack on one of the parties to the Makkah Treaty, DG ISPR Lt. Gen. Ahmad Sharif Chaudhry said that the procedure for implementing defense commitments is never made public.
He had said that no one has any objection to the Makkah Agreement, everyone understands that this initiative is of a defensive nature and its purpose is to maintain stability and peace in the region, there are other agreements related to defense, in which there are assurances of providing support to each other, you are actually asking how the action will be taken under the agreement, information related to military operations and security is confidential, any action is to be decided by these three countries.
