The Federation Internationale Hockey (FIH) has announced the World Cup Magic Skill Awards.

Pakistan’s Abdul Rahman bagged the Magic Skill Award in the Men’s category.

Abdul Rahman had shown excellent 3D skills in the match against Wales.

He dodged 4 defenders to score a beautiful goal, the Pakistani player’s goal received 44 percent of the votes.

Three players were shortlisted for the award, including Pakistan’s Abdul Rahman, South Africa’s Canton Melville and France’s Kurti Ault.

Abdul Rahman defeated Kenton Melville after a close contest, with Kenton Melville receiving 39 percent of the vote.

In the women’s category, India’s goalkeeper Bichu Devi Karibam won the award. The Indian player made a brilliant reflex save in the last minute of the match against England.

Pakistan’s position in the FIH Hockey World Cup was 11th, the best goal in the World Cup was declared by Abdul Rahman of Pakistan.
