The Iranian army has reacted to US President Donald Trump’s threat to destroy Iran, warning that we are ready to carry out more destructive counterattacks than before.

According to Iranian media, Iran’s General Staff in a statement accused the US president of using the platform of the international organization to justify aggression during his address to the United Nations General Assembly.

The statement said that such statements are proof of American aggression against the Iranian nation and the failure of American strategy.

The Iranian General Staff called Trump’s repeated threats not a sign of strength but a sign of his strategic desperation.

The statement warned that the Iranian armed forces are ready to launch attacks against the US and Israel that will be more destructive and less predictable than the previous attacks during the war.
