Islamabad (Mehtab Haider) The meeting held to review the Prime Minister’s fuel relief scheme was informed that most of the payments have been made to the petrol pumps. State Bank of Pakistan representatives said that the issues related to pending payments are expected to be resolved in a couple of days. Minister Cheema emphasized that delay in payments should not be a hindrance in the implementation of the scheme. Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Senator Ahad Khan Cheema presided over the meeting to review the implementation of Prime Minister’s Fuel Relief Scheme. Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, Federal Minister of Petroleum Ali Pervez Malik, Federal Minister for IT Shaza Fatima Khawaja, Minister of State for Finance and representatives of related institutions and provincial governments participated in the meeting.
