ISLAMABAD (Saleh Zafar) Saudi Arabia’s new ambassador to Pakistan, General (retd) Dr. Rajh Bin Tami Al Baqami, has informally assumed his duties in Islamabad. The Foreign Office has received the documents regarding his arrival. Diplomatic sources told The News/Jung on Friday that the new ambassador, a former general of the kingdom’s Royal Army and academic background, has been offered a diplomatic post after his retirement from the Saudi military.
