
In the Sindh Assembly session, the resolution to extend the powers of the Rangers for one year was unanimously approved.
Members of the Sindh Assembly raised issues related to their constituencies in the House, water supply from Hub Canal, water accumulation in Umar Sharif underpass and electricity problems in Karachi were brought to the attention of the members.
In the meeting, various bills and resolutions were also approved, including one year extension of powers of Rangers.
In the meeting of the Sindh Assembly, members pointed out the problems of water accumulation in Hub Canal, Umar Sharif Underpass and power crisis, Sharjeel Memon raised questions on the performance of K Electric, HESCO, SEPCO and Sui Southern and demanded to summon the heads of the relevant institutions to the parliamentary committee.
The Speaker called the committee meeting on September 23. Crackdown on high beam lights, dog bite incidents and police related matters were also discussed in the meeting.
The resolution to pay homage to Quaid-i-Azam was also unanimously approved.
