The American technology company Apple has launched the iPhone 18 Pro, Pro Max and the first foldable iPhone, but the iPhone 18 has not yet been released.

Apple launched the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and its first foldable iPhone ‘iPhone Duo’ at the ‘Surprise and Shine’ event on September 9, but the traditional model of the new iPhone series, the iPhone 18, was not presented at the event.

Although the company launches its new iPhone series in September every year, it includes the more expensive Pro and Pro Max models alongside the traditional models, but this year’s event focused entirely on premium devices and the traditional model iPhone 18 was not announced.

The company has not given any reason for the absence of the traditional model iPhone 18, but various media reports have revealed that the traditional model has not been discontinued but is likely to be introduced in early 2027.
