ISLAMABAD (Report: Ranam Masood Hussain) The Federal Constitutional Court accepted the appeals of transfer of three prisoners in Adiala Jail to a private hospital for a regular hearing and called for the record of the case of Registrar Supreme Court Imran, and ordered all the high courts across the country to submit the complete record of such pending and decided cases. A three-member bench comprising Najafi heard the appeals of 3 prisoners of Adiala Jail. The Chief Justice observed that the main stand of the appellants is that the constitution and law should apply equally to all persons and prisoners, rich and poor.
